Currently the video that is holding the most views in the first 24 hour period of the video being released, by Vevo, is Adele, 'Hello'. She achieved 27.7 million views in the first 24 hours, this is a staggering number of views and is very impressive. Other past winners have been Taylor Swift with 'Bad Blood', Nicki Minaj with 'Anaconda' and 'Stupid Hoe', Miley Cyrus with 'Wrecking Ball' and 'We Can't Stop', One Direction with 'Best Song Ever' and 'Live While We're Young', Justin Bieber with 'Beauty and a Beat' and 'Boyfriend' and finally Rihanna with 'Where Have You Been'.

The Artists with the most Vevo Certified, 100 million Views are Rihanna with 25 videos, Justin Bieber with 23, Eminem and Taylor Swift with 21, Beyonce and One Direction with 16, Enrique Iglesias and Katy Perry with 15, Maroon 5, Nicki Minaj, Shakira and Selena Gomez with 14, Chris Brown and Pitbull with 13, Lady Gaga with 12, Ariana Grande and Britney Spears with 11 and finally Avicii, Avril Lavigne, The Black Eyes Peas, Demi Lovato and Michael Jackson with 10. These are very impressive and really shows you who the most popular artists are.

The fastest Vevo Certified videos are Adele 'Hello' in which it took 5 days, Miley Cyrus 'Wrecking ball' in 6 days, Shakira Feat. Rihanna 'Cant Remember to Forget You' in 10 days, Nicki Minaj 'Anaconda' and Taylor Swift 'Bad Blood' in 11 Days, Calvin Harris Feat Rihanna 'This is What You Came For' in 15 days, Taylor Swift 'Black Space' in 16 days and Rhianna Feat. When looking at more indie artists such as The Lumineers and The 1975, they often don't receive half as many views on their songs, and on the rare occasion that they do it has taken them much longer that 17 days to achieve that amount of views. The 1975's most recent video 'Somebody Else' has been out for 15 days and only has 4 million views, comparing this to Adele's 'Hello' which had 22.7 million in just 24 hours, we can really see that Pop has the mass audience.
