Original shots before manipulation

Chloe and I, we're between actors at this point, so in order to be able to practice taking photos, and to get a clear idea of what we wanted to do, we got our cousin Matt to help us out. This really benefited us as we were able to plan the types of shots we were going to do and rule our unrealist one.

Camera Movement Practice Shots

 

 

Though this may seem like Chloe and I are just messing about, this really did help us. Through doing this task we really got a feel for the camera, and it enabled us to figure out which techniques we wanted to use. The video where the camera tilts to the side and I end up looking like I'm sideways is a shot we are definitely going to use in out music video.

Filming Schedule

Chloe and I have planned to filming and shoot photos for our ancillary texts on the following days:

• Thursday 22nd September - shooting mock up photos for our ancillary texts, our real actor is unavailable so we want to take a few practice shots to check location and lighting situations.
• Sunday 25th September - Hopefully shooting the real photos for our ancillary texts
• Wednesday 28th September - As we have a challenge day on this day, Chloe and I want to start filming for our piece
• Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd October - We are hoping to get all of our footage shot by this time
• Monday 3rd October - A slot where Chloe and I are free just in case we don't get it all filmed
• Sunday 9th October - Day taken to re-film shots if need be.

It is important to set a filming schedule so that we get everything done in time. This film schedule although brief gives us enough time to get filming sorted before the first draft deadline.

Draft of Magazine Ad Using Found Images

This is my idea of what I want my magazine ad to look like. The font I have used for the Band name is really interesting and I want to encorporate that into my actual magazine ad. The images perfectly show how I want the ad to go.

This is exactly how I want my Digital to look. I will definitely try to replicate this as much as possible in my real digipak. The fonts are perfect and I will use them in my actual digipak.

Costume Shots

We want the boy to have quite a grunge look, for example like jean shorts, flannel shirts, denim jackets and jeans. We then want the girl character to be the exact opposite of this, she will be very girly, wearing pink skirts and dresses.
